Biography

Corporate meets startup. That's the best way to describe my career. While the corporate world taught me structure, process optimization and lean thinking, the startup world taught me adaptability, fast learning and connected thinking.

 

You can't learn how to set up and run your own company in theory - you have to experience it to be able to put yourself in a founders shoes. Because things rarely go as planned, especially in young companies.


Thanks to my personal experience as an entrepreneur and in the e-commerce sector, I can not only offer theoretical solutions, but also share valuable insider tips and realistic and easy-to-implement solutions.
